Which industries do you accept?
How long does merchant approval take?
Submit the form on our website and from there we can onboard you in under 24 hours.
Which countries do you cover?
Worldwide, with sanctioned countries excluded. If you're unsure about a specific market, just ask.
What are the limits?
There's no maximum per transaction and no daily or monthly cap.
Is there a rolling reserve?
It depends on the business. We evaluate each merchant individually, and where a reserve applies we can fix the rate once the evaluation is complete. Plenty of merchants have none.
What about chargebacks?
They're possible, as with any card processing, but our merchants typically see no chargebacks at all, or very few.
Do you do payouts or withdrawals?
No. Novupay handles deposits and pay-ins only.
Do my customers have to buy crypto?
No. This is direct fiat processing — card in, settlement out. There's no on-ramping step and no redirect to a third-party page.
